Fords Bearcats is seeking an energetic, motivated Volunteer Cheerleading Director/Coach and Assistant Coaches who enjoy working with youth between the ages of 5 to 13 years old. Enthusiasm, time dedication, character and a positive attitude are a must! Prior cheer or dance experience is a bonus, but not required.

The Cheer Director will be responsible for attending all Board Meetings, attend monthly AYC Cheer Meetings, building and maintaining a responsible Cheer Coaching Staff and Cheer Program. Criminal background checks are required for all Cheerleading coaches and assistant coaches.

Fords Youth Association (also known as Fords Bearcats) has held several National Cheer Titles and has placed highly in many Cheer competitions, as well as Cheer on our Fords Bearcats at football games. Our mission is to encourage and increase youth participation in football and cheer, with a strong emphasis on education. Through our many diverse offerings of sporting programs we encourage and instill skills that each youth can carry with and imply into adulthood.

Anyone interested, or know of anyone interested, please contact either Stanley Reevey or Martine MontLouise at info@fordsbearcats.com
